
A medium-dark (Viennese) roast of Don Rey's Private Reserve, a blend of Caturra, Bourbon and Arabica Typica grown by the community of Dipilto at Mauricio Paguaga's farm in Mozonte, Nicaragua, shade-grown at 1400-1500 m.a.s.l. Full-bodied with sweet chocolate notes. Named after the family's grandfather and father.
