A washed Colombian coffee whose name means 'Gardens of Buesaco', blending small harvests from several smallholders in Buesaco, Narino, including Aura Montanchez, Yovanny Pinchao and Javier Martinez, sourced through Apex Coffee Imports. It is delicate, with citrus and apple notes, a marmalade sweetness and a black-tea and floral finish.
