A limited-edition collaboration between Paquebot and roaster ZAB, produced by Edinson Argote at the Quebraditas farm. The cherries are co-fermented with lychees and yeast and given a hot-then-cold thermal shock, yielding an explosive cup of lychee, melon and floral notes.
