A fully washed single origin from the Ayla washing station in Sidamo, Ethiopia, founded in 2018 by Faysel Abdosh and named for his niece. The station processes coffee from over 800 small producers and has helped bring schools, clean water and electricity to surrounding communities. It is bright with notes of bergamot, blueberry and lemon.
