A double fermented washed coffee from Finca Artemira in the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru, produced by Ebert Huaman Villegas and his family from the rare Marshell variety. The cup shows yellow fruit, sugarcane sweetness and delicate wildflowers with a refined acidity and a long, clean finish. Whole cherries first ferment in sealed tanks before depulping and a second controlled fermentation, then slow solar drying.
