
A single-origin Colombian coffee from Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, produced by Diego Samuel Bermudez Tapia using a double anaerobic thermal-shock washed process with 36 hours of fermentation at 1,960 metres. A light roast with notes of cheesecake, yogurt, pear and persimmon.
