A natural-process light roast single origin from an organic-certified co-op in Peru, named for the white sand mountain where it is grown. It is sun-dried on concrete patios and the lot includes Bourbon, Caturra, Catimor and Typica varieties. It is fruity and creamy with notes of strawberry and aged rum and is recommended for pour over.
