Finca El Yos Café Rivense del Chirripó is a family micromill founded by Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas in 2005, located in the southern part of Costa Rica. The coffee is processed using a black honey method, which involves removing the pulp without water and drying the coffee on beds.
